Nicki Minaj: Anaconda:

Anaconda:

I would not normally analyse a video of such a genre as 'Nicki Minaj' but I thought this was such a good example of how music has been destroyed as any... The amount of product placement in this video is horrendous e.g. Beats audio (1:05), MYX alcohol (1:57), which she is a key promoter of, as can be seen on their official website; http://www.myxfusions.com/input-birthday.php?redirect=/index.php, MateFit (2:49),  MYX again (2:57), Dr.Drake (3:35) to promote his Beats. This shows how this video is not about the music which is hard to call music anyway, but in fact just a way to make a ton of money which our children promote.

This video sexualize's women more than ever with the skimpy outfits showing all there is to possibly so and the lyrics which are mainly just about 'Nicki's' rear:

"Yeah, he love this fat ass
Yeah! This one is for my bitches with a fat ass in the fucking club
I said, "Where my fat ass big bitches in the club?"
Fuck those skinny bitches,
Fuck those skinny bitches in the club
I wanna see all the big fat ass bitches in the motherfucking club, fuck you if you skinny bitches. What? Yeah!

Yeah. I got a big fat ass. Come on!"

The lyrics in this song are vulgar and pretty horrid to be perfectly honest, as if you think of who Nicki Minaj's main audience are, being young teens. This promotes women to youngsters as being sex objects for men to simply use and dismiss, and the fact that they have to have a great big ass and bust. This makes young women never fully satisfied with the body gave them, therefore throughout their lives peer pressure will make them change themselves so much until they do not recognize the person they once were.

And this may seem like a bold statement but it is already happening all over social media with suicidal teens who do not feel accepted as they are obese, or anorexic. Which these sort of songs really are not helping anything.
